FREE Yoga classes for all type 1’s through Diabetes Jersey and
Sunday mornings 10-11am, starting again in January 24 at the Healthhaus Yoga studio,Hotel de France.
Dates are: 14th Jan, 21st Jan, 28th Jan, 4th Feb, 11th Feb, 18th.
Come along to any or all, each session is followed by an optional get together in the roof top café for a coffee and chat with other type 1’s.
