Yoga Classes – Proceeds to Diabetes Jersey

On Sunday 5th September 4-5pm I am offering a Yoga class at St. Brelade’s Church Hall, all donations after hire of hall will go to Diabetes Jersey. If you would like to book a place please message FB@yogameadows or text Anne on 07829 881 068.
My classes are suitable for beginners so don’t worry if you think you are too unbendy! I include some good stretches, breath centred movements and breathing techniques to support mental health, the session will close with a deep body scan relaxation.
About YogaMeadows:
I teach gentle Hatha Yoga across the island. My classes are accessible and suitable for beginners, elders, pregnancy, the un-bendy and those suffering from illness or injury.
I aim to be as inclusive as possible; offering adapts, props and alternatives.
I am a qualified Yoga Alliance 200hrs accredited Registered Yoga Teacher, currently working towards 500hrs teacher training and have recently trained in Yoga to support mental health; including breath centred movements and breathing techniques into each session, that you can take with you into daily life to help when needed.
Anne would normally charge each participant £10 but is willing to accept a reasonable donation.
