Confusion amongst some Freestyle Libre users.

The charity understands that there currently exists some confusion amongst some users of Freestyle Libre who are anxious to transfer to the upgraded Libre2.
Confirmation has been received from the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (Jersey Branch) that a limited supply of the Initial Reader will be made available by Abbott to an individual’s nominated pharmacy, commencing from 9th April. Users are asked to bear with their pharmacy if by then, it awaits receipt of the new readers and also managing the stocks of both types of sensors.
